Overview
The big brother to the 552i, the 1090i offers the same rapid-dial convenience but with a much heavier range (4kg up to 41kg). This makes them suitable for serious strength training, including heavy bench pressing and rows. They are physically larger, but they eliminate the need for a massive commercial dumbbell rack.
