The spare bedroom is the classic home gym location. The key is perimeter usage—keeping the centre clear for movement.

The 'L' Layout

Place your Multi-Gym or rack in one corner and your storage in the adjacent corner. This leaves the diagonal open for floor work or a bench.

Who This Is For

Homeowners dedicating a specific small room (approx 9sqm) to fitness.

Who This Is Not For

Combined bedroom/gyms where the bed takes up 60% of the floor. In that case, stick to portable Strength tools.
